As a general rule, we do not grant partial refunds for our 30-day subscription period. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months with a paid Subscription that is unused. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

We provide 14 days of Free Trial to explore all the features before making the decision of Paid Subscription. We encourage users to explore tagembed during the Trial Period and contact our Support Team with any query at [email protected]. Our team of experts are always ready to guide them.

Cancellation/Downgrade Policy :

You are always free to cancel the renewal of your subscription which will be effective after the end of the current billing cycle or starting of the next billing cycle. If you downgrade the plan, for example; from Plus Plan to Basic then it will be downgraded immediately and all the benefits of the upper plan will be forfeited. Also, you will be charged according to the currently selected plan on your next billing cycle.

To cancel your subscription, Log in to your Tagembed account. Now go to your account section and choose the “Cancel subscription” option or Email us on [email protected]. Our team will reach out to you for confirming the cancellation. Once approved, your subscription will be cancelled.
